An Analysis of Figurative Language Used in The Killers' Songs
ABSTRAKSI :
This research is about figurative language from the killers selected songs. The problem of this research is to find out what figurative language are used in the killers selected songs. The data in this research are taken from 3 selected songs from the killers. The writer used qualitative method to analyze the figurative language. There are 5 figurative language found with the total of 9 data. They are Hyperbole (3), Personification (2), Irony (1), Paradox (1), and Metonymy (2).
