Bima is one of the most popular character on wayang kulit. A reason that make Bima popular is his spiritual impression that caused by a story called Dewaruci. The most important part of Dewaruci's story is the part when Dewaruci gaves Bima some advices. The aim of this research is to understand values and a reconstruction of an ideal health personality that carried on Dewaruci's. From the text analysis and some interview, known that spiritual growth is the most important thing on an ideal personal¬ity in Dewaruci's. Spiritual growth on Dewaruci's means a processed to form a pure quality of heart as the thing that led somebody reach the goal of life. The spiritual growth process is basicly formed by three important thing: the understanding of the goal of life, a comprehensive understanding of self; including physical, psychological and spiritual aspect and a spiritual orientation of behavior
