| Abstraksi | : | The authors examined the relationship between Holland and Jung's typologies using the SDS and the MBTI, respectively. The results appear to show important relationships between the two typologies; specifically, our findings indicate a high degree of similarity between a MBTI code of ENFP and a SDS code of SIA. Practical applications for career counselors are discussed. |
