Abstraksi:Abstract Individual Psychology has been successfully used in educational settings for many decades. Unfortunately, many Individual Psychology concepts are not recognized as consistent with contemporary education practices and, therefore, might not be valued as pertinent educational interventions. The authors demonstrate the philosophic and theoretical consistency between Individual Psychology and contemporary education. They provide an example of processes and outcome variables to evince the value of Adierian theory to educational stakeholders.
