Abstraksi:In this globalization era, those are more multinational company that has many different cultures from some country that must be manage well. Human resource management needs to pay close attention and do some arrangement so every member of organization can adapt with cultural differences in that organization. One of multinational company that must do cultural adaptation is PT Adyaeduka Dinamika-EF Education First Indonesia that has head office at Swedia. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of organization culture at P T Adyaeduka Dinamika-EF Education First Indonesia. This research use qualitative research method, especially descriptive-qualitative that explain and describe deeply how the implementation of organization culture at PT Adyaeduka Dinamkia-EF Education First Indonesia. This research used interview and observation to get primary data from expatriate, host country nationals, and costumer. From Hofstede national culture dimension, it can be said that PT Adyaeduka Dinamika-EF Education First Indonesia has low power distance, low uncertainty avoidance, moderate individualism and masculinity, and short orientation. From GLOBE culture dimension, it can be said that this organization has high orientation of performance and moderate humane orientation. From that research, it can be said that Swedish culture also influence organization culture at PT Adyaeduka Dinamika-EF Education First Indonesia.
