| Abstraksi | : | The research aims to find out analysis of economic farmer to handle cost of rubber estate for traditional farmer and modern farmer for cost of living and to find out the affecting factors of the expenditure of household farmer. Primary data are from sample traditional farmers and modern farmers. The sample size is 360 respondent household farmers in three districts are Musi Rawas, Muara Enim and Musi Banyuasin in South Sumatra. The data analysed by economic analysis and regression analysis. The result showed. That income traditional farmer and modern farmer average are Rp 7.248.000 per year and Rp 8.576.000 per year where majority made ability to complete the cost of living. The result of economic analysis show attaints that the net present value is Rp 5,287 million, IRR = 16%, 8/C ratio = 1,24 and the investment pay back period of 15 year 6 month for traditional farmer and the net present value is Rp 17,44 million, IRR = 23%, 8/C ratio = 1,74 and the investment pay back period of 15 year 3 month. The affecting factors of expenditure are positive affect to total farmer income, total of member household, formal education and consumption. |
