Abstraksi:The implementation of bilingual education in Indonesia has increased from time to time. Among some controversial issues about social discrimination with the establishment of the schools, The Sampoema University (USB) offers a program for higher education level which accommodates not only students from underprivileged families, but also those who have special needs. On the other hand, English is used as the language of instruction in class and academic English has become a crucial aspect to pursue the quality of students output. The study aims to investigate teachers belief in delivering the program and to identify any possible obstacles happened during the English for Academic Class (EAP) for the students with hearing impaired. The subjects believe that being creative in establishing interactive and hands on learning activities seem to be the key points to improve the students bilingual skill
