| Abstraksi | : | Compared to other countries, diffusion of the Internet in Indonesia can be considered as very low with penetration rate at around 2% of total population. Why is this a case? This article reviews several previous researches on Internet diffusion to get possible answers. At least four determinants of the Internet diffusion are identified. The Internet diffusion within a country is significantly linked to economic, infrastructure, educational, dan cultural factors. |
