Abstraksi:The objective of this research is implementing thick film technology for highpass second order Butterworth filter circuit. Testing result of the design specification is measured from the the frequency response, cut-off frequency and slew-rate of the filter circuit by using PSPICE program. Thick film technology requires substrat as the place of thick film circuit. Subsequently it requires coating process to coat conductor materials and passive components (resistor and capacitor) and photolithography process to produce the desire circuit layout. Thick film hybrid technology uses screen printing as a method to build integrated circuits. The method consists of several simple repeatable basic steps; they are screen making, printing and burning. As well as those three basic steps there are also cleaning process, soldering, characteristic testing and packaging. Screen printing is similar to printing process in general, it needs a screen, subs/rat, paste and squeege. Using a squeege which is coated with chemical resist, paste is squeezeed through a screen which is close-fitted on a substrate. With a circuit layout pattern laid on the screen, this process will produce the layout of the circuit on the substrat. The result of measurement and analysis show the mean error percentage of 14.4%for RI, 20. 42%for R2, -11.6%for Cl, -16.33%for C2. The cut-off frequency of 934.5 Hz, and slew rate of28.27 dB are also obtained. The stability of frequency response this circuit is also showedfor different voltage and frequency.
