| Abstraksi | : | Study of science especially legal science is so broad. Legal science is a sui-generic science that different from others. By philosophy view, legal science in ontology is dogmatic law or positive law. In epistemology legal science collects, interprets, describes and forms the system of material law, namely: Principe, rule, and law decision; also legal problem solving. In axiology, legal science hold to show what the law, eliminated contradiction and make law critics: Bahm studied science to know the different pragmatism and empirics, also the requirement ofscience. Legal science seldom not qualified as science by little scientist, but legal scientist stated that legal science has sui-generic science. |
