| Abstraksi | : | Credit card and automat transaction machine (ATM) may substitute cash money as tool of business transaction. It is easy to apply this media but it creates many problems especially legal problem related to its functions. The legal problem must be solved by consumer and merchant. As we know, in credit card transaction there is business relationship between emiten, consumer (user of credit card) and merchant. The legal problem solving depends on depth understanding concerning the product and the service, that's sold as a united of sale. Three categories should have been attended: (1) problem of policies in banking business, product extension and service networking (2) the harmonization of merchant and consumer relationship, and (3) the problem about management of risk. By this classification, it is desired to have caveat emptor for consumer in order not to in a trap of legal problem. On the contrary, Merchant must be supported to have business caveat vendor in credit card transaction. |
