Society as a community always has a consideration that existing built environment has been created and provided for their need. Although, they still disappointed by the real condition which happened and they have been through. This disappointment has been described from their psychological behaviour which has been regarded as a bad habit. Existing facilities for public need are very poor and these conditions have been complained by many people as a user. As one of a public facility, pedestrian has a main rule in creating good environment within city, particularly within public circulation. Human circulation as pedestrian should be considered and concerned better. This research will discuss about the role of pedestrian within community.
