| Abstraksi | : | The purposes of this article are to describe Bandlers criticism toward behaviorism and its further influence to the works of helping professions (psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, psychotherapists, etc). The author described the facts that the therapeutic effect of the works delivered by the helping professions in this country was not as efficient and effective as it had expected. This was due to the theoretical interpretation which received more attention from the professionals, than observation and attendance to the physiological process in the brain (as the concrete object of soul and self) of troubled persons. The author suggested that the curriculum and training of helping profession education need to be developed and invited the educators and trainers to have deeper concern toward observing and listening skill ability of those who are students of helping field of study. |
