Abstraksi	:	Nowadays organizations realize that organization assets are not only dependent on financial asset, but also on knowledge asset. Knowledge asset can be inform of informations, ideas, lesson learned, understanding, memories as well as technical skills. Problems faced by many organizations is the knowledge that still attached to individuals within the organizations, not the organizations itself Every organizations has unique characteristic that makes different approach for applying knowledge management for each organization. Trough this study, developed a generic model of knowledge management system that can be applied to various types of organizations. The knowledge management system modeling using SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) framework. The research method used are literature review and observations on previous studies on knowledge management system. Functions of knowledge management system derived from knowledge management process are applicable for different types of organizations.
