| Abstraksi | : | There are a number of factors that can affect on the success of individual chain store units such as internal and external factors, but in this paper, we only consider the internal factors. There are 20 internal factors as independent variables used to predict the chain store' performances that can be grouped into four major areas, that are, store manager variables, store variables, competitor variables, and location variables. In order to measure the performance of individual chain store units, we use three measurements, named, sales volume, contribution income, and return on assets. Our results are presented at three models of performance measurement, called, model on sales volume, model on contribution income, and model on return assets. These models are obtained through multiple regressions. |
