| Abstraksi | : | When the demand for information about the performance, flows, and business interconnectedness between processes appears, textual and traditional graphical reports are no longer adequate to convey the information, nor the visualization of business process modeling that is only intended specifically for modelling. Therefore, a new visualization of business processes is necessary in order to present the performance, flows, and interconnectedness of business processes innovatively. Literature studies are conducted to identify requirements for a convenient, useful, and innovative visualization. First of all, how OLAP browser can meet the needs of the business process model, personalization, abstraction level, time series analysis, and Multiperspective is presented. Furthermore, how the data provided by the OLAP is visualized in graph form by utilizing spatial dimensions as the representation of business processes performance values is explained. Lastly, how to combine OLAP browser interactivity and spatial representation that allows users to explore the data visually and interactively is disccussed. The requirements and the visualization conceptual design are then used as the foundation for building visualization prototype |
