| Abstraksi | : | Business activities related to the working programs of state officials are attacked with criminal articles. In addition, this prevalence is backed up by the formulation of elastic and far-ranged articles of positive law concerning criminal acts of corruption [tipikor] contained in Acts No. 31/1999 - later on modified into Acts No. 20/2001. To observe the indication of shifting in law domains, it will not be effective to merely review court verdicts that have become jurisdiction. Therefore, in a normative research on indictment of Public Prosecutor [JPU] regarding two examples of cases that attracted public attention in West Sumatra, viz., bad credit of agricultural machinery in Bank Nagari branch office in Painan District, and the rights of use in land¬leasing PT. [Persero] Pelindo II of Teluk Bayur branch, we can see a premature application of articles for criminal acts of corruption. |
