| Abstraksi | : | Whistle-blowing on troubled software development project is of crucial issues in computer ethics. Several factors are identified by previous research to be hindrance of the whistle-blowing, include escalation of commitment of management. This recent study aims to identifij factor affecting willingness to blow the whistle. Using simulated experiment among 112 inforniatics students with two main scenarios, risk-orientation and perceived-risk are found to have significant relationship with the willingness to blow the whistle. Characteristics of project and problem (i.e. size of project and type of problem) are also identified to have significant effect on the willingness, especially among internal auditors. |
