Abstraksi:Nowadays companies tend to walk in war for talent perspective. The company was not focus to manage and develop their employees internally, but hired the competitive talents from other organizations. This cause increasing rate of turnover especially in life insurances sector. Rate of turnover could indicate the organizational commitment level of the employees. The organizational commitment of an employee related with the positive capacity which enable employee to survive when facing the adversity and high pressure of work. This positive capacity knoW? as a psychological capital. This research aimed to explore the influence of psychological capital on organizational commitment in life insurance agents. This quantitative research involved 83 respondents. The measurement tools adapted from Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), used Likert scale. Hypothesis analysis used linear regression. The results showed that psychological capital have significant impact on organizational commitment (F = 94.87, P < 0.05). Approximately 53.9 % of the variation in the organizational commitment can be explained by the changes in psychological capital of the life insurance agents.
