| Abstraksi | : | A political party as part of political infrastructure in a state is a political organization formed voluntarily by a group of citizens based on appropriateness of willing and objective for attempting needs of members, society, nation and state through general election. Consequently, there is a political party in a democratic state is a duty as it causes the regulation of that state system will run well and can be formed democratic government, This research objects are that the significant influence of party system towards presidential government systems; the background factors of the 1945 Constitution have established presidential government systems; and the impacts of party system towards president position in done impeachment to him/her. This reseach is a normative jurisprudence research, so generally data resources come from secondary data gotten by library search; whereas to get primary data is conducted observation to support and complete it. Furthermore, the collected data are analiyzed by juridical normative qualitative method, beside by using political. sociological and historical comparative method. The results of this research show that: first, in presidential government system, the multiparty system causes relative stable government, whereas the two and single party system implication to government's stability with political dynamics running smoothly. However, the lacks of multiparty and two party System are the government getting hinder in establishing laws. Meanwhile the negative implication of single party system is it giving possibility the Occurrence of dictator and authority government and social riotous.
