| Abstraksi | : | This research is aimed at knowing the Business Development Service's (BDS) roles in developing small scale enterprise (usaha kecil menengah/UKM) in Yogyakarta. As a non-financial service, BDS has purposes on increasing private company working. This research-based writing is qualitative study and uses interview as data collection method. The result of this research shows that BDS has not been giving the maximum contribution in developing UKM. The condition is determined by entrepreneurs' attitude, micro scale perspectives, and the lack of the BDS itself. |
