| Abstraksi | : | In Malaysia law system, leasing and .syariah leasing (Al Ijarah Thurnrna Al Bai) are applied by banking .service. Syariah leasing system gives consumer protection better than conventional leasing. By syariah leasing transaction, it creates two contractual agreements that's: leasing transaction and buying transaction. This transaction is fairness and practically gives certainty protection. The conventional leasing just creates one agreement namely leasing transaction. |
