| Abstraksi | : | Every state has many policies to enforce the business practice law. The aim of this duty is protecting the consumer interests. This special policy hold a potential role to build a welfare state because their duties are being essential factor to progress the economic development of every state. This paper wants to analyze the guideline of philosophy and positive law about consumer protection in Malaysia. The central theme focused on the specific law of consumer protection in order to protect consumers in globalization era. |
