| Abstraksi | : | The marriage system in Indonesia based on Law no. l of 1974 regulates that marriage would be legitimated at law as legally procedure if comluct to religious system. For the certainty of law, it needs listing to be registered. Polygamy and "siri " wedding are not to be done to offer to every person. In principle, the marriage law systems in Indonesia hold on monogamy. Polygamy will be permitted to give special solution and must fulfill the strict requirements. The marriage system wants to make happiness farnily, so the wedding event should be done pursuant to national law. |
