| Abstraksi | : | This research was base on nowadays situation when so many TV series have been critisized by public through reader's mail, public discussion, and public opinion, on how these TV series contain many violences. Mass media, especially television, has power to construct, and push on reality Media reality has significant power to built people trust. Consistency from media reality, those will be a role model to people to behave. Using contain analysis method, this research has the objective to explore and describe how much TV series could build such violence behavior based on the type of the violence, morality, behavior, and the age of actor, who attempts the violent behavior. Specifically, the research objects were several television series from RCTI and SCTV . As a result, psychologic violence .was the most seen violence. From gender-view, the form of violence did by men and women as well. Most of the violence was based on intentional motive. To sum up, most of TV series contain unethical and unaesthetical behaviors |
