Abstraksi:Integrating teaching with technology may engage students in higher order thinking skills. Most public schools in Indonesia, especially Jakarta, are providing their students with facility of technology. Even so, not every teacher makes use of the technology in their teaching. Various reasons on lack of knowledge, time and maintenance may be addressed as challenges of teaching with technology. Focusing on public primary school teachers, this paper aims at exploring the teachers beliefs and attitudes on teaching with technology to promote primary students higher order thinking skills and describing to what extents technology can be integrated into teaching practices. Twenty one teachers of a chosen public primary school are volunteered to participate in this study. The findings show that these teachers have positive beliefs and attitudes that technology can promote students higher order thinking skills. These teachers integrate their teaching with technology by using a set of classroom computer mainly for presenting materials to students. An implications draws upon this study was a challenge on the availability of professional administrator for maintenance.
