| Abstraksi | : | This thesis is background overshadow the cultural role in trusting occult something that, conception about reality is able to be read from behavior of human being at traditional and modern pre society relate to the activity meugo in Aceh. Activity ritual almost embosoms all farmer activity. This activity ritual can be done individually and group. All farmer very sure, that efficacy of effort them is not even determined by an effort in physical but also God desire the Most Creator. This research uses the methodologies qualitative in the form of descriptive-qualitatif with the approach fenomenologi. This approach look into that a phenomenon has to be looked into by holistic which gives priority to process than result. Pursuant to result of field research, found that between local cultural value ritus and structural aspect have been happened by depended in such way strength. Cultural system which is awaking up from social action represents the symbolic element coming from tradition, idea and trust element. Development of agricultural sector instructed to increase earnings and level live the farmer and also its forms agriculture which go forward the efficiency and delay in meaning can compete. One of the effort of up at that have been done to pass the technological breakthrough of agriculture orienting at agribusiness, like program of intensification agribusiness, Supra Insus, system of effort agriculture not yet been adopted by the farmer in an optimal fashion. This matter marked by the existence of difference of reached productivity storey of farmer with the its his optimal potency.
