| Abstraksi | : | This research is conducted to explore the usage of fuzzy theory aprroach in solving human resource management activities, pecially when dealing with evaluating human resource performance. The prototype is tested within data of recruitment process in PT Katsushiro Indonesia and two others companies, and was attached with the existing human resource information system. The fuzzy approach is proven to be flexible in a such that it is not only compatible with companys criteria in personnel evaluation but also compatible with hidden criteria that might be found in the employee candidates. |
