| Abstraksi | : | Job stress always faced by every individual in organization, when work-related condition has no longer fit in with their ability. It occurs in any kind ofjob and becoming more and more accute in modern world, where changes in structure and culture are often cited. Job stress becomes real challenge for organizations in attempt to keep their long term existence. Therefore, organization has to identify it early in order to anticipate its excess by promoting a strategic steps to limit stressors within the organization. It is due to the fact that job stress can produce a range of undesirable consequences which affect both individual and organization. Performance problems of individuals, unwanted behaviors and costs for organizations can be occurs. |
