| Abstraksi | : | The use of mobile devices such as smart phones increasingly widespread in the community. This prompted the application developers produce more and more mobile based applications. Unlike personal computer-based applications, mobile applications are more interactive as more supported with touch screenfor easy use. Microsoft as one of the major players in the software industry does not want to miss to participate in the development of mobile applications. In 20J 2, Microsoft released Visual Studio 20J 2 software is intended to develop applications based on mobile devices. Not only that, Microsoft is also developing a new model of its mobile application with Windows Modern User Interface. Windows Modern User Interface is a mobile application to display a collection of tiles that can be either an image or text that is active. This means that the tile can update the data or information whenever there is a change, such as incoming em ail or the current status of the use of social media applications. In Visual Studio 20J 2 Modern User Interface application development can be done using C # language combined with XAML or by using JavaScript language combined with HTML and CSs. All of these capabilities are supported by Visual Studio 20 J 2 software released by Microsoft. And by using the Visual Studio 20J 2 application that is made can be tested in a virtual environment emulator gadget or tablet form along with the size of the screen that can be adjusted so that application developers can be easier to test the application. Thus it seems clear that ease the development of applications by providing an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that is good, complete, and easy and supported by complete documentation will attract application developers around the world to engage actively generating applications. All of that in turn will benefit the Windows 8 platform mobile device itself Because the wealth of applications on each platform, to be one of the main factors for the users to choose their ultimate gadget. |
