| Abstraksi | : | Countries with a democratic system will encourage its people to participate in the government. Participation is realized in political parties standing in the country. I analyze how significant the impact of the number of political parties in a country against the policies created by the government. I use the case study of countries that have one political party (monoparty), two political party (biparty), and many political party (multiparty). I use a simple method that is an analogy in the behavior of political parties resulting policies using the existing market structure in the economics. Result shows that countries that have biparty system produces higher quality policies than any other party systems. |
