Abstraksi:A tuning technique for high-Q integrated continuous-time bandpass filters (BPFs) suitable for high-performance wireless applications is presented. The tuning scheme uses the step response of the BPF in interest to obtain observability such that direct tuning can be achieved. The tuning process is carried out by employing successive-approximation (SA) algorithm to search for the desired center frequency of the BPF. Compensation techniques for the SA algorithm to improve the tuning time is also presented.
