| Abstraksi | : | Psychological Contract is an individuals belief about the mutual duty between the employee and company. This belief can help to predict the agreement that is made between the employee and company. This agreement can be either a written or not. Psychological contract has 4 dimensions; relational, balanced, transactional, dan trasitional. Psychological Contract can be measured with Psychological Contract Scale that is developed by Kumar in 2012 and will be adapted by researchers that suits to work environments in Inonesia. The purpose of this research is to evaluate reliability and validity of the test, also to construct norm from Psychological Contract Scale. This research is conducted in finance company in Indonesia (PT XYZ) with 222 participants from head office and 5 branch offices in Jabodetabek. Analysis techniques that are used in this research: item analysis, test of reliability, validity, and norms constructed. |
