Abstraksi:The purpose of this research is aimed to gather emperical evidence about the impact of antecedent and moderating variables on relationship between trust and job performance of structural officials in higher education. It is expected that trust will have positive and significant impact on jobperformance of structural officials . The results from direct relationship test show that trust have positive and significant impact on job performance of structural officials. Meanwhile, the results from structural equation show that antecedent variable: organizational commitment have direct and indirect impact to job performance and moderating variables: work meeting and organizational culture are positively and significantly impact the relationship between trust and job performance of structural officials.
