PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN CIBUBUR VILLAGE APARTMENT
ABSTRAKSI :
Cibubur Village Apartment project is one of the government project which is planned by government to build 1,000 tower for DKI Jakarta society. Cibubur Village Apartment located on Radar Auri Street, Number 4, Cibubur, East Jakarta. Based on the plan, Cibubur Village Apartment will be build 5 tower and structure building was started on June 2009 until December 2009. The Area of Cibubur Village Apartment is 6,884 m2 which base area of building is 4,307.189 m2. Cibubur Village Apartment project consists of 3 towers with 21 floors and 2 towers with 16 floors. The contract value of Cibubur Village Apartment project is Rp 8,800,000,000,-. There are two important things in the project, resources and management function. Resources in the project consists of human resources, cost, equipments and materials. Management function consists of planning, doing, organizing, coordinating, controlling and leading. If one of those part can’t be fulfilled, so the whole project can’t be accomplished. Calculation of equipments, materials and workers’ requirement are used to predict the value of expenses in the project.
