In this research, the writer conducted a book report, the study is entitled “The Luminous Life of Julia Roberts: An Illustrated Biography.†Edited by Shyam Dua in 2004. The writer chooses this book because the writer is interested in Julia Robert’s beauty, carrier, and personality. Julia has unique personalities which make people attract to her indirectly with her unforgettable smile. As a Hollywood star, she is a person who not following the glamorous life of a celebrity nowadays. She has a quiet simple life, a humble person and it makes her different from other actresses and become one of people’s favorite celebrities. In this research, the writer describe about the whole contents of the book, the title, information about the editor of the book, place and year of published, the story of the book, summary, and comment of the book. The book also consist of many pictures of Julia Roberts and readers will be more interested in reading this book Through this book report, the writer wishes to attract more readers in Julia Roberts’s biography as people can know more interesting facts about Julia Roberts, and it is recommended for Julia Roberts’s fans.
